On April 3–4, 2019, the World Tobacco Middle East 2019 was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre. They say Dubai is half sea, half desert—but during those two days, the city felt like it was half smoke, half sand, a true paradise for the tobacco world.
It was a grand gathering for the global tobacco industry, attracting over 180 tobacco-related companies from around the world—and of course, BAGU Group was among them. Our exhibition team arrived in Dubai days ahead of the event, setting up proudly at Booth N27 in the exhibition hall.

It wasn’t BAGU’s first appearance at the World Tobacco Expo. Rumor has it that when the organizers first welcomed BAGU back in 2017, they greeted us with a polite “How are you.” But this time, the greeting had leveled up to “How old are you?”
Since its founding, BAGU GROUP has been dedicated to providing innovative, efficiency-boosting system solutions for ambitious tobacco companies worldwide. Today, the company has developed seven main business pillars: cigarette capsule manufacturing and production line deployment, R&D of novel tobacco products, specialty filter rod manufacturing, development and production of tobacco flavors, innovation in cigarette materials and supporting application solutions, cigarette quality control and improvement services, international market launch and sales of tobacco products. For this exhibition, BAGU focused primarily on the first three pillars.
